Ms Jamison Brooke

It has been a while since I did an update of Jamison...so here she is!!!

Nothing like a good rain boot and snow hat on a spring day

She made this crown (can you tell?)

Off to church

She is starting a dance class next month with her cousin Sutton and preschool in the fall. We have been working on her letters and what they "say". Within two weeks of really working the letters she knows what letter is what and can say most of the sounds they make. It amazes me how fast she picks things up when they are not being "taught" to her but when they are turned into a game or something like that. We are now working on recognizing numbers and knowing the days of the week. Ask her what city she lives in...apparently its Mantico and she lives on Montezumee instead of Montezuma.

Daddy and Monkey!
She is still singing up a storm and loves books. We go to the park a few times a week and she goes up to ANY kid and asks if they want to be her friend and play. Another fav is to ride the rides at the grocery store (you know the 3 little horses that go in a circle). She takes after dad and has a BIG sweet tooth but she eats her peas with minimal complaints LOL! Loves potstickers, juice boxes, her vitamins, and to cook/bake. She still is drawing a bit and snowmen are the newest thing. She is into anything she can cut or glue!

Jams and Shohn at the park. My best friends son...they are 5 weeks apart and really enjoy playing with each other!! She also has a daughter that shares a birthday with Jamison (but a yr younger)
Glueing eyeballs on her butterfly wands

Helping mommy make taco casserole for dinner. She is a VERY big helper!
My snowman is in purple and hers is next to mine in black The fun bubble gun

She has QUITE the opinion on what she wants and doesnt want and challenges us daily. She has to wear this pair of shoes or that hat. And she has been known to freak out and throw a nice tantrum (mostly at bedtime).

Jams and Sammy playing in the backyard (the table and chairs was my latest craigs list buy)

Her answer to most questions is "WHY?" or when she is getting into trouble she says "mom what are you telling me or what are you saying to me?" with her hands up like she is TOTALLY clueless on what she just did. She says to Paul and I ALL the time...."I love you too mom/dad" even if we dont say it first, she adds "too" to the end.

and finally her latest creation..one that taught her to use a icing bag and tiny round candies that roll FAST on the hardwood floors and I was given a lesson in PATIENCE LOL!!! I can never bring myself to buy these kits at full price for the holidays....but I found this bunny house on clearance for around 2$! Cant beat that price and she has no clue we shouldnt be decorating bunny houses or painting christmas ornaments.

She is so mature! I can't believe how grown up she looks and how well she draws either! I almost bought that same Easter Gingerbread house at Target a few weeks back 1/2 off. Very cute pics!

It looks like Jams is a busy girl. Makayla loves to "help" in the kitchen too, I just wish I had more time to do that sort of thing. I love your craft ideas.
